I has a small issue with withdrawal which was partly my fault and contacted live chat and it was sorted within 5 minutes by Lorenzo.
I was also able to communicate quickly and regularly through the company's social media channels..

On this site they will leave a little note under your review then email you a few days later essentially telling you to f*** off despite the fact that they are clearly in the wrong. Avoid and use competitors like bet365, Coral and William Hill that try to scam their customers a little less.

Attention everyone ..betway call centre guys will call saying they are trust worthy and they even will say Kevin Peterson is betway partner ..don’t believe in betway ..they are scammers from Uk looting Indian people ..I lost 8700rs as they locked as I’m earning from betway ..they literally beggars and intention is to scam people …I filed compliant with all the proofs and betway scammers will be banned in India soon …beggars find some good job

My account was locked as they needed to discuss responsible gaming with me I have a balance in there and also a withdrawal which I still haven’t received I have been trying to contact someone to get it sorted but apparently they don’t monitor their emails and the live chat is automated so I am stuck there is no way to contact them at all

I deposited 90k inr after they locked my account and asked for proofs .i sent them .but they say those are not correct send correct proofs. Simply by terms they looted.i didn't even know betway.they them self called and said deposit 2500 and get 2500 bonus.by seeing ads in tv I thought it was thrust worthy and i opened an account .but after depositing they locked and close my account.

I got a call from betway saying it is trust worthy and made me to deposite 2500..I had bet for 3 matches and won 8700..I also an email saying my account is verified but from next they blocked my account as I’m earning money from betway ..betway is scam company from Uk and I’m in the process of banning betway …beggars please find some good job

most disgusting trashy service i have ever witnessed, cannot view my account details to make sure its all up to date, cannot remove bank cards that have been changed by my bank and live chat is a total waste, seriously it is appalling, pathetic robot agent saying to click a link to speak to a real person yet there is no link, worst bookmaker ever do not ever use betway it is really that bad,

APALLING, non existing customer support, even the replies to reviews here appear to be done by bots. I wont bore everyone with the details suffice to say they have effectively ripped me of for £25, not a huge amount I grant u and one that I have resigned myself to losing. The point of this honest review is to make people aware of what they are like, not the cloud cuckoo land fairytale from what I assume is a company director living in SA. Please anyone and everyone who takes the time to read this DO NOT make an account with these uncontactable crooks, there are many other sites to choose from and all of them are better than this poor excuse of a company
